DELIVERY, STORAGE, PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & VARIATIONS, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Within the UAE:

Once the items have been delivered and received in good condition at the customer’s premises—whether installed or not as per the customer’s request—and accepted without any defects, the purchase shall be deemed final. As per MAAC Home’s company policy and the terms of the signed agreement, no complaint, return, or refund will be entertained thereafter.

In the event of delivery limitations arising from access constraints—such as, but not limited to, room dimensions, door measurements, stairway access, service elevator capacity, or hallway clearance—MAAC Home shall not be held responsible. These factors are entirely the customer’s responsibility. In such cases, no returns or refunds will be accepted, and MAAC Home will deliver the products only up to the point that is safely and reasonably accessible.

No exchanges or refunds will be entertained for goods stored at MAAC Home’s warehouse upon the customer’s request.

 

At Time of Delivery – UAE Only:
If, during delivery, the customer refuses to accept the product due to a verifiable quality issue, MAAC Home will arrange to collect the item(s) at its own cost, and a full refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment. This policy applies only if the rejection is made before the delivery is accepted by signature.

 

International Deliveries (Outside the UAE):
MAAC Home does not accept any return or refund requests for international deliveries under any circumstances. The company also assumes no liability for damages during international transit, customs delays, or any losses beyond its control. Once the goods are handed over to the designated shipping company in proper and documented good condition, MAAC Home’s responsibility is considered fully discharged.

 

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Free Delivery:

  • Free delivery is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah for purchases above AED 2,000.
  • For all other emirates, free delivery applies to purchases above AED 10,000.

 

Re-delivery Charges:
If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable, refusal to accept delivery, or due to physical access limitations(e.g., narrow doorways, restricted elevators, blocked stairways), a re-delivery charge of AED 500 will apply. This must be settled before re-scheduling.

 

Customer Access Responsibility:
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that products can be delivered to their desired location. This includes verifying room sizes, stairway access, service lift capacity, and hallway clearances prior to confirming the order. In case of any delivery limitation due to these access constraints, MAAC Home will deliver the product only as far as it is safely accessibleNo returns or refunds will be accepted in such cases.

 

Delivery Process:

  • Delivery will only be made to the designated address and must be received by the customer ONLY who provides a valid Emirates ID for verification and signs the Delivery Acknowledgment Form.
  • MAAC Home delivery staff will assemble furniture as required, unless stated otherwise.
  • Chandeliers and lighting installations are excluded from delivery services and must be arranged separately by the customer.

 

Building Access Permissions:
Customers are responsible for obtaining prior community/building management permissions (if required) for delivery. If delivery is denied due to lack of permission, a re-delivery charge will be applicable.

 

Apartment Deliveries:
Delivery will be conducted only via service elevators. MAAC Home staff will not carry items above the ground floor via staircases.

Villa Deliveries:
Items will be carried to upper levels only if stairways allow safe and unobstructed movement without risk to personnel or products.

 

 

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND VARIATIONS

Color and Texture Variations:
Customers are advised that minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur between the product images displayed on the website and the actual delivered items. These differences may arise due to photographic lighting, screen display settings, and other visual factors, and do not constitute a defect.

 

Batch-to-Batch Differences:
Products manufactured or sourced in different batches may exhibit slight differences in color tone, material texture, or component fixing methods due to updates in production techniques or raw material availability. Such variations are considered standard and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

 

Separate Order Periods:
Customers placing separate orders for the same item at different times should anticipate minor variations in appearance or assembly details between the batches. MAAC Home does not guarantee exact visual or technical uniformity across orders placed at different intervals.

 

 

STORAGE POLICY

MAAC Home offers complimentary storage for up to 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Beyond this period:

  • storage fee of 5% of the total invoice value per month will apply.
  • Storage is available for a maximum of 3 months in total.
  • After 3 months, MAAC Home is not liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration to the products.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be entertained for goods stored at MAAC Home’s warehouse upon the customer’s request.
