Refund and Returns Policy
 Return/Purchase Policy:
- Customers can return goods upon delivery if found the goods are not as per order or any defective for a full refund of the purchase price. Goods must not be damaged and must be in original condition, packaging and unassembled. After goods delivery, no complaint will be entertained.
- Credit may be returned as store credit in the customer’s MAAC HOME account, exchange for another item from MAAC HOME or Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
- Upon request, the delivery team may assist in assembling the items on-site. Upon assembled, the customer will have given their acceptance of the goods delivered and in order and shall then not be eligible for return.
- All assembled items are not eligible for return once assembled and agreed upon.

- Damaged & Faulty Returns:
- Customers must open and check all items upon receiving them, while maintaining the original packaging. Failure to do so will make the order ineligible for return.
- If a customer receives a faulty or damaged item, they must notify MAAC HOME delivery personnel and follow the correct returns policy as stipulated.
- MAAC HOME must issue a return authorization slip before customers can return the goods. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, unmarked, unassembled and unaltered in any way.
- Custom Made and Pre-Ordered Returns:
- Customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind. Customers must ensure that all custom-made orders are 100% what they want.
- Pre-orders are usually delivered in the period specified, but delays may occur due to shipping or custom clearance.
- Refunds are not available for special orders already in production.
- Cancelling Your Order:
- Customers can cancel their order if the goods have not been dispatched yet.
- Custom-made and pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled.
- Items Specs:
- Customers should expect slight differences in colour or textures from the website photos due to photography illusion.
- New stocks of a particular item may have slight differences in colours or fixing technology from previous batches.
- Customers should expect slight differences in colour or textures if they place orders for the same item in different periods.
